If it's a usb mouse try moving it to another usb port. Also check for a later driver version and install it.

greetings
try starting in safe mode, tapf8 as you first boot. run a virus scan while in safe mode. also check your device manager for yellow conflict symbols.

this isnt a ball mouse that needs to be cleaned? is it? [had to ask]

Heh,i dont think that problem is in mouse.I think smth may be in hardware or smth, because otherwise my mouse shouldnt move at all.Dont think that viruses too,got nod32 and some good adware killers on too.

But what may be wrong with that microsoft error?

Can all those problem caused from bad videocard?

Dang, just had old codecs lol,but still problems with that error :/

Run the System File Checker

Go to the Run box on the Start Menu and type in:

sfc /scannow ( sfc if not reconized)

This command will immediately initiate the Windows File Protection service to scan all protected files and verify their integrity, replacing any files with which it finds a problem. You will need your Windows cd.

if you can get to desktop, you must run a few spy/virus scans -- links below
if your device manager is clean...then run hyjack this.
