I'm preparing for the A+ test and plan to take it in a few weeks but I have a issue more serious than the A+.

I NEED A JOB!!!!

I graduated 3 years ago but never landed a technical job in IT. I got a 2 year degree in Networking.

My plan was the pass the A+ and then get more of a "real" cert to help me out a bit more - CWNA, CSSIP.

I got a little stuttering issue and can't really do tech support jobs so that eliminates about 80 percent of the entry level jobs in my area.

I was thinking of more of a computer operator of level 1 tech support such as installing computers in other departments of a company.

What do you think I do, which road should I go?

Some tech support jobs are with instant messaging/chat/or email. You might get one of those.

If you didn't get a help desk job because of your stuttering problem, would that be considered a disability? Might that help you in fact get the job?

You can volunteer with a school, library, or church - this will put experience on your resume and may help.

Look around for an small IT. You get your hands on much more equipment.

Have you tried talking to a temporary agency? Again, experience...
