[SOLVED] WinXP Help and Support problem

925 Views 1 Reply 2 Participants Last post by  mksingh1950
When I open WinXP Help and Support and go to an extension I receive a message, "An ActiveX control on this page is not safe. Your current security settings prohibit running unsafe controls on this page. As a result, this page may not display as intended."

My security controls are set at default and this started after some updates, but I don't know which ones. I recently updated to WinXP SP3 which I thought might correct the problem, but it didn't. I've also tried System Restore to a much earlier date, but this didn't work either. Any suggestions?
