Its not a very big issue but its been bugging me as i just reinstalled windows 7 after i got the blue screen and it in the action centre it is saying windows security is turned off and when i click turn it it says windows security centre cannot be turned on.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Is this the DELL Studio 1555 that you had us look at yesterday?

Yes it is the BSOD is completely fixed new Ram and new Hardrive was installed but this is just a minor issue that is bugging me

Figured it out it was because i had Avast proffessional installed.
