Hello Everybody , I was using my computer normally when all of the sudden , I can't acess the Internet!! I tried booting at safe mode and still , it won't connect.

However , I was able to post this thread on linux operating system(kaspersky rescue disk) on the SAME Computer. So I realized that there is no problem on my ISP but Windows 7 is the problem!!:upset::upset:


On firefox , when I enter a website then press enter , it loads , then it stops and the web page is still UNTITLED

Error code 502 bad gateway always appears on google chrome

Checked task manager - I saw some new processes...-
can it be a virus?:sigh::sigh:

I used linux to post this - Namoroka web browser....

I would suspect a third party program is interfering with your connection such as Norton or maybe Kasperksy ?

Unninstall them and see if it fixes the issue , and make sure you replace them with something less aggressive if you do get a connection ?

Oh yeah I just installed Avira then this thing happened.
Can you provide removal tools please?


OMG I tried uninstalling it via control panel but then it says it is already uninstalled but the files are still there!!:upset:

here under support tools downloads on the avira website is a removal tool :wink:

OMG Avira is too strong , its blocking the uninstalltion process even in safe mode.

WHen I tried avira registry cleaner to remove avira , what came out is all acess denied.

Looks like I have to remove it manually using another OS or linux

I'll try to post a Hijackthis log soon..
