[SOLVED] Wierd issue with all internet browsers

Hey Guys

Just recently i have noticed this problem

Every now and then after logging onto my computer. 15 + minutes after I log on, I try to access the internet.

When I go to firefox, and I type in a website and press enter, it just sits there like I havent done anything. Same with IE.

I still have access to online games like WoW. I can still ping google and several other websites without issue. But in order for me to fix this issue temporarily, i have to restart my computer?

I have completed AV/Malware scans. I have set my computer to static IP addresses and flushed DNS, just not sure whats happening
