Sapphire is my first choice for ATI/AMD chipped GPU's. I have also use MSI-HIS-PowerColor without issues.

Personally, I would stay with Sapphire or one of the others I listed.

Added software on the Drivers disc can very. I download and use the latest drivers so I very rarely ever look at the included disc.
