[SOLVED] What windows 7 do I have?

Ok so my mother went out and bought windows 7 and apperently my father accidentally installed windows xp onto our computer that originally had vista. Ok so before I try to install windows 7 what type do I have?

I know it's home premium but on the disk it has the word Upgrade on it.

Did my mother just get a upgrade for windows 7?

IF you have a windows 7 "upgrade" dvd, do not under any circumstances uninstall windows xp. run the upgrade from windows xp if you can still boot into it.

If running XP and you wish to install Windows 7 - wipe the HDD first, then install 7.

ALWAYS run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor first --> http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/get/upgrade-advisor.aspx
