Nebee to forum.

Yesterday (7 Dec 2009) I downloaded version 3.5 of Firefox. Hands down it beats IE8 as access to the Internet and other programs I use is almost instantaneous! I leave my computer on 24/7 for instant access, and last night while watching TV, I kept hearing a harmonica playing. I finally isolated it as coming from the computer, and am wondering exactly why this is. The noise only started after downloading Firefox. If this is related to Firefox, is there a way to disable the sound as it is annoying, especially if I forget to turn the sound down?

[SOLVED] Firefox support live chat

Does anyone know how to reach Firefox on the web, have an email address,or have a number to call? They list times for live chat, but are closed during the days and times listed. I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled various versions (not beta) numerous time; each time finding a hidden jpg.file that I can't seem to get rid of in addition to the annoying harmonica sound. Someone else has to have had this happen to them. I have had over 60 views of my post "weird noise" but no replies. It sucks to keep the sound down or muted when away from the computer and it goes into an idle state. Firefox is not running when this happens. Thanks.

Re: Weird sound

Success! Seems there was a jpg hidden in Firefox and one was an audio of a girl playing the harmonica, that I'm happy to say has been deleted. apw5746

Re: Firefox support live chat

Seems there was a jpg file hidden in Firefox, and ironically one of the jpg's was a girl playing the harmonica - hence the noise.
