Okay, so few days ago i picked up a new Comtrend Wap 5813n router. Everything works perfect, i have 2 IPTVs, wireless working perfect and i left one slot for XBOX wired connection.
And here i get a problem :

MTU Error.

I tried everything - port forwarding, connecting my xbox through wireless, connection bridge through my laptop, DMZ hosting, i even called my ISP - nothing.
Yes, i know, you'll probably suggest me to change my MTU settings, but as far as i know, i can't do that on my router, there's no such an option.

PLEASE HELP! THANKS!

Re: WAP 5813n and XBOX LIVE

If I were you... I would try to post this in the Networking Forum, because those guys are gonna know a heck of a lot more about routers and their settings then us. (Or at least me... xD)

Re: WAP 5813n and XBOX LIVE

SOLVED! The thing is, that the main problem that is preventing my XBOX LIVE connection is UPnP! I just turned that off, rebooted my router and that's it! Working like a charm!

Anyway, thanks! :)

Saw your thread in the networking forums, but it looks like you figured that one out on your own. Thanks for taking the time to post the solution here! :thumb:

Hey mate,

Glad you self-solved it :)

If possible, can you mark the thread as Solved?

To do that, simple use the "Thread Tools" menu dropdown at the top and click the "Mark as Solved" option.

Thanks,
Redeye
