PC brand/model? For the time issue, if it's a laptop, you have a battery or motherboard issue. The fact that the USB ports are not all working, would also seem to indicate a motherboard issue.

Check Device Manager and ensure the USB controllers/ports are properly installed and aren't showing any errors.

Thanks for your answer. I checked the usb in Device Manager they are all OK.
I build this desk computer with best equipment 4 years ago, it has working well up to now. i will change the battery again. I appreciate your help

usb problem solved!!! Changing the battery again now the 6 usb are working and the bios is saving date. only one problem remains i am still unable to download several programs including flash player etc. I really appreciate your help..thanks
