Helllo , recently i got a new laptop from china and since it is in chinese version i bought a xp installation and transfer it to english version , since then i got 2 boot one from chinese and english , however on the english version , i got a few device from the device manager that has a yellow mark on it and after installing the device i got from the website i still could not fix the problem , i attached a screenshot so that hopefully you will be able to identify the problem and help me fix it. Thanks.

What model laptop?

Base system device (you need to install the card reader drivers)

Video Controller (you need to install the graphics drivers)

Go back to the manufacturer website and download and install the above drivers.

Theres no driver left ,basically i have download everything they provided me , ooh , i found the model , N11T28-W3C13X116W but i don't think it can help.

According to your previous screen shots you are missing those two drivers.

Not finding anything with that model number.

Post the hardware id for the missing devices.

Open the Device Manager
Right Click on the Device in question
Properties
Details Tab

In XP the VEN_ #### and DEV_ #### is located under Device Instance ID
In Vista and Win7 the VEN_ #### and DEV_#### is located under Hardware ID

Brand is cosmo , id is too long to copy so i took a screenshot. The first few letter could not be seen so i shall type it . For the video controller is , PCI\VEN....
while the base system device is PCI\VEN_ ....
