[SOLVED] Triple Monitor

898 Views 5 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  Masterchiefxx17
I recently built a new PC for a family member who wanted to have a dual screen set up, not for gaming just general browsing/word processing etc.
I ended up building it on a GA-A55M-DS2 motherboard with a pretty basic dual output video card (Nvidia)
Now he's talking about having a triple screen set-up!!

What I'm trying to find out is whether its possible to somehow utilize the on-board graphics along with a dual output graphics card to achieve this? or whether I will have to go the eyefinity route (not ideal)

Re: Triple Monitor

He doesn't NEED a third monitor, he just decided he wants one (recently retired and to be honest I think he's bored)
Current card is Palit G210 1GB DDR3 Dual-Link DVI VGA HDMI PCI-E from which he has 2 screens running but he's happy to have that changed, essentially I am just trying to grant his request without spending too much of his pension
Re: Triple Monitor

We've decided just to install an Nvidia card that is capable of running 3 monitors, the EVGA
GTX650 Ti.
Thanks for the help anyway
