I am running vista 32 bit os, iv been trying to change the start orb to something that suits my theme. The best way of doing this is with a program called "start orbz". Everything works out well up until i click apply, then my entire theme resorts to windows classic, and start orbz then crashes every time i try to re-open and un apply. Eventually i had to run a system restore, if anyone is familiar with this software could they give me a hand, or if theres another way please help. Many thanks

"Start Orbz" is not a finished product, it is still only under alpha testing which means it is very "buggy" and you should not be using it until it is finished, unless you have a spare PC to try it on and you don't mind if it messes everything up. So I can certainly give you advice - don't use it (not yet anyway).

Furthermore, "Start Orbz" is for Windows 7. There is no mention of it being compatible with Windows Vista according to what I've read about it here: StartOrbz – Create & Customize Windows 7 Start Button/Orb

then the person that told me, miss lead me, thank you for your response. Do you know of another way to change the start orb for vista?
