I have A sony Vaio VGN-NR21J/S Dual Core 15.4" 200gb HDD Laptop which has recently become faulty

the screen has become garbled.....

everything loads up and is working (ie hard drive, ram, dvd drive power supply battery etc) and you can almost see the operating system (original) but with loads of lines on the screen. Can anyone help? do i need a new screen? thanks in advance.

Hi and welcome to TSF try going to sony's support site for your model and dowloading the graphics driver and installing it http://support.vaio.sony.eu/computing/vaio/downloads/updates/index.aspx?l=en_GB&m=VGN-NR21J_S
