[SOLVED] Question?

When I run my AVG free edition i get this that shows up on the screen.
Under file: Kernel32.dll
Under Result/Infection: Change
Under Path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernel32.dll

What does all that mean?

It means that AVG is detecting a change in the kernel32.dll file from the last time is was monitored or scanned.
