if you try to put that power supply in your dell, you might have issues.

dell used a different wiring pinout on some motherboards, and they need a dell power supply, or a normal power supply with a dell adapter.

you can find one by doing a google search for "ATX to Dell adapter"

on that page should be the pinout listings,

if not, google for "dell psu pinout"

then, compare the color pattern on yours to the chart.

there is about 8 wires on the dell that aren't in the same spot.
