[SOLVED] psp memory cards

What do you want to use it for?? The more memory you have, the more data you can store on it.

Is the memory card just for saves in games? Does it have any other purpose, if so what? Sorry foe being vague but my son wishes to use it for game saves, and he also wishes to buy some films to watch on his psp, does the memory card size impact on watching films?

these memory cards are very expensive in the shops, i've seen 1GB cards for around 44 pounds, too much for me. I had a look on ebay and they were alot cheaper. I expected the memory cards for the psp to be for the psp only, but the cards on ebay said they would fit cameras aswell. is this so?

The PSP memory card stores data such as pictures, music, movies, games inc saves, and some system information.

I have a 2GB card in my PSP which I got off eBay and it works wonders. At the time, it was roughly £70 but they will be cheaper now.

It depends on what card you get whether it will fit cameras or not. Many listing have compatible products listed.

I have 4 GB duo Pro card for my PSP. I am using it for saving game data as well as music.but whereever i try to put video on its video folder it dosen't read that video. the format for that video is mp4 but I don't know why it is not sowing me..

any help most welcome.....

hi vj007 i had a similar format problem.i solved my problem by downloading a program called psp video 9.this converts the video for use on the psp.lots of formats are supported and its completely free.there are plenty of other converters too.hope i helped
