when i try to install anything it opens up but then like gets turned off like someone is keep on turning it off

try scanning your harddisk for virus, or u can restore to an earlier time using windows' own utility in help and support~

i dont get you really plus when i like right click on desktop and go to setting it says that action got blocked by administaror even do im the admin.

when there's the welcome screen i do what you said in the other thread but nothing happens
