[SOLVED] Post-Login Wallpaper

Once I added a photo JPG as Windows Desktop. Foolishly I deleted ALL copies of the Photo and would like it back. On my next reboot, the JPG naturally disappeared as my desktop background -- BUT, right after I enter my Windows Login, the photo reappears until just after the task bar comes up. Also if I do an ACD, the photo reappears!!! Some part of Windows KNOWS where the photo is. How can I find it again and copy it to a thumb drive?
