[SOLVED] Picking a Tire Size

Hey guys I need Some new tires, My current tires are 305 45 R22 I want to know What is the biggest tire I can safely put on these rims. I wanted to go with a nitto terra grappler, but what size should I go with the Truck is an 05 Dodge Ram 1500 Any insight at all guys.
