Thanks Everyone Here. (And Google ...m_ _m)

I have the same Problem today. (Can't boot from CD-rom and "Press a key to reboot")
I also use ASUS-motherboard and installed a PCI-to-SATA-Card on it.
SO, I remove the Card,and I can boot from CD-ROM again.

PS. ASUS motherboard is P4S533-MX

Is the CD-ROM set as first boot device in the Bios?

Sorry for not clear to explan my words.
I'm not want ask question.
I just want to reply. And say that I had the same problem But it was cleared.
