I am running windows 7 professional and have Kaspersky anti virus. I have been trying to connect to an ISP Exetel. When I first tried this I was shunted off to Zensearch. I deleted this programme and now can log on. When however I enter my password to the members page windows says unable to connect to website check address etc. Grateful for advice.

Thanks will try that straight away. I am using internet explorer which seems to shut down frequently.

Downloaded tfc and ran it through. It cleaned out umpteen bites but exetel still cant be accessed. Did a reboot but no difference, Any further steps I can take?

Have you tried to do a reset of IE?

Does it only happen on this one website?

I tried firefox which I also have on the computer and that works fine so it must be a problem with IE. Can you please tell me how to reset IE.
