How are we supposed to check PM's without the user cp bar on the top?

at the top just under your user info should be something that says private messaing just click on there. I'm working on the forums hopefully it should be done tonight/tomorrow.

Actually I was thinking of adding an avatar and looked up there and went Oh Oh..
