Hi, your message didn't come over, however it refers to a file association problem most likely a program that you have uninstalled. Do some detective work press the win+r key together and in the run box type msconfig. Go to startup tab and see what you might have uninstalled recently, you can safely uncheck ALL boxes here however I recommend you keep your AV and malware programs active. Uncheck some and test do so again till the message disappears.

Thanks Stephen,

Not sure how it came about but Startup had an entry for the desktop so every time it started, there was the message.

Fixed now.
