I've just brought a new laptop. Top of the line everything, never had a single lag, pure as snow. I'm afraid to leave it alone, since my family isn't quite as smart with computers and regularly install bad software, such as Limewire. On the old computer I used the Group Policy Editor to make UAC request credentials regardless of the user being standard or admin.

However, the new laptop is running Home Premium, thus there is no Group Policy Editor and I don't want to upgrade to Business or Ultimate. Past experience tells me that the Group Policy Editor just modifies a few registry entries. Is there any way to modify the registry so I'm prompted for my credentials whenever UAC pops up?
