Re: macro

The language used to write macros in all MS Office software is Visual Basic, or VBA.

There are many sites hosting tons of codes or snippets, one I found helpful is Code snippets for Visual Basic & VBA Programmers (Visual Basic (VB), API, Word VBA, Excel VBA, Access VBA, Outlook VBA, and VBScript for ASP) and reference documents.

One thing I do to when I'm searching for ideas on code I write, is on Google, I always start my search with the application (usually Excel), VBA, then a short phrase to describe what I'm searching for. For instance, my search might look something like--"Excel 2010 VBA Delete Rows." I usually get results I can work with when I use this method.

And no fear, you can always come here for any help you might need as well.
