The keying is different. When you go to put it in, it won't fit. Even if that was DDR RAM it likely wouldn't be compatible because you can only put 1GB per slot I believe.

Kingston, Corsair and Crucial are good RAM makers. I plan to buy 2 GB Crucial for my laptop, I'm going to get it from newegg:

Just try to steer clear of anything with the word "value" in it, like "value ram"
