In trying to send an email in Hotmail, in IE, Hotmail freezes at their last line before I can start the email. This just started a few days ago. Nothing at all happens or works on the page, whatever I try to get started. However if I go to Foxfire everything functions properly. I've tried to get to Hotmail for a solution but they make it impossible to contact them through their normal choices all they offer are FAQs which do not address the problem. I'd appreciate your help on this if at all possible. Thanks. H.

What Version of IE are you using? (7,or 8) Do you have any problems with any other internet sites?
In IE go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Reset Internet Explorer Settings/Reset

I'm using IE7. No problem with other internet sites. Tried Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Reset Internet Explorer Settings/Reset, nothing changed, still have the same problem...

There is lots of problems regarding service at the moment, all across the board there is lots of changes taking place hopefully they are just the finishing touches,then we can all enjoy the services they provide.

Thanks Hugo. Sure wish they would clear things up, I've had this problem over a week now and can't contact anyone there to help me with this. Thanks again for the info.

Solved
