I uninstalled Microsoft OneCare (many problems) now I cannot network print even though everything shows OK. The computer to which the printer is physically connected to prints fine, the other computer on my home network shows the printer but shows it as "Unable to Connect" I've even reinstalled the printer's drivers, no luck, I've reinstalled the network many times - no luck. Anyone have any suggestions? I've even gone into the "Services" and cannot find anything obviously wrong. Because I unisnstalled OneCare I had to turn Windows Firewall back on, I checked the Print and File sharing - OK.

Re: Home Network Printing

Was this network printing set up before you installed OneCare or not?

If so then maybe OneCare changed some settings, maybe you need to share the printer again or enable Microsoft Print protocol in Network connection settings.
