ok i have a 80 gig (75.4 to be exact) HDD, and theres only 4.5 Gig left in it. But there shouldn't be I'll tell you why:

Program files takes up 40G
SYstem takes 2G
all my downloads added up together 19Gig
Everything else in C drive takes up 2.5 gig

So I shoul still have about 10 Gigs left but why do i only have 40% of that?

I already used the disk cleaner and stuff didn't help. oh yea and i counted my documents too

Hi :wave:

The "missing" space is most likely occupied by System restore, hibernation files and pagefile.sys.
Disabling system restore and hibernation will release some of that space.

thanks a lot, it went from 4.5 to 10 gigs! yay!
