After Microsoft made Hotmail "better" by switching to Outlook, my hotmail accounts are all screwed up. I can access them but I have no way of opening individual emails. I click on the sender and/or the message and nothing happens except that I get the following error message:

'undefined' is null or not an object

I don't know what's causing the problem and could use help solving it.

Looks like its an issue when Microsoft moved your account over. I would use their support system to get the emails back.

There's not much we can do here.

I accessed all my hotmail accounts on the library computer without a problem. There has to be something wrong with the transfer to Outlook on my machine. The error is as follows:

'undefined' is null or not an object. My browser is IE8 and I have the latest version of Silverlight installed. I also tried CTRL+SHIFT+DEL simultaneously and deleted all the boxes that were checked. What can I do to fix this problem since it appears that the problem is the transfer from Hotmail to Outlook on my computer?

Try resetting IE 8 Reset Internet Explorer 8 settings

I installed Chrome and the Outlook Hotmail worked, I then updated IE8 and got that to work too. Problem solved. Thanks to all for their help.
