Hopefully I can fix this before someone replies. I'm getting the "Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem".

Ive reformatting and fiddled with hardware. Still get the message.

Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem

I tried most of the stuff on this page:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314477

Nothing seems to work. Also, method 3 gives me an "invalid syntax something blah blah error"

Thanks in advance~

Re: FirstBuild from Scratch. XP Installation Problem

Do you have your SATA drivers on a floppy disk? Do you have a floppy drive?

XP requires SATA drivers to be loaded prior to the install beginning.
