[SOLVED] Ethernet controller missing after reinstal

Hey all
Am very new on here and could really do with a little help

I recently had to do a reinstall of windows xp and after the reinstall my pc cant seem to see the ethernet contoller in device manager

My machine doesn't have it original motherboard

this----> Gigabyte GA-8I865GME-775-RH - Motherboard is my motherboard

I have been trying to get the drivers for it but with no such luck

PLEASE HELP :sigh:

hi Billythekid welcome to tsf,

have been here for your drivers? install the chipset driver first.

will try those a little later

what does with or without utility mean in the LAN drivers ? (sorry not too great with all this)

Okay so i installed the chipset driver and still nothing

When i go to device manager it has that yellow question mark next to vga, audio and ethernet

If i try to use the network setup wizard it just says i need to install network cards, modems, cables and device drivers
