I have issues with my dual monitor. While both monitor is ON (light is orange) and i turn on the pc only one monitor works, while the other monitor is ON (light is blue) but no display. If i try switching the primary display (windows key + p) the screen that was black works and other other screen goes black.

Also when I turn off one monitor and while the other monitor (primary display) is on and turn on the pc it will work, the both monitor i can see the display. Sometimes this doesn't work so i have to restart the computer again to get both working.

Monitor: Dell E23c10h connected via dualink dvi to the video card (1920 by 1080)
Monitor: Acer LCD Monitor v233w connected via vga cable to the video card (1680 by 1050)

Video card amd radeon hd 7700 series

I can't find a Dell with that model number. It appears to be a laptop. Does it actually support dual monitors? Many do not.

Its not a dell laptop, its dell monitor Dell E2310h (sorry i typed the wrong model #). I believe I found the solution for this. In catalyst control center i changed the maximum refresh rate from 75 for both monitor to 60hz and so far its not giving me a problem given that i only tested twice by restarting the pc to make sure it displays on both monitor.

60Hz is the norm so you probably resolved the problem.
