I have deleted win7 from one hard drive and I am using win xp on another drive. I still get the dual boot menu created when win 7 was installed. How can I delete it?

Re: dual boot menu

Hi-

While you could just simply delete the item, i believe you should reinstall the XP MBR (NTLDR), one way to do this is through easyBCD. See the picture below on how to do this:

Also, do note, that while easyBCD will run on XP and complete this task for you, it will not be able to edit XP's bootloader. so once you are done you should uninstall it.

Regards,

Mark
