Hi,
About 2 hours ago my windows started crashing with different BSOD messages.
These were;
CACHE MEMORY (on first ones only)
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
BAD_POOL_HEADER
Whenever I re-entered normal mode Windows would run fine for a while then crash with one of the forementioned messages.
Crashes also occured if I'd re-enter system repair.
Crashes also occured in safe mode with networking which is interesting.
Crashes did not occur in safe mode.
Problem still occured after upping my pagefile and running disk cleanup. I have now fixed the problem by restoring to a half day old previous system.
I was afraid of it being a RAM issue but system restore fix makes me believe that it is related to a driver, probably updated by Windows as I haven't updated anything manually.
Though it is fixed I suspect it might be temporarily so I was wondering if anyone can suggest anything that can help me get to the bottom of this issue.
I suspect it might be my Belkin Wireless USB drive as the system was not crashing in safe mode, but was crashing in safe mode with networking.
Thanks in advance.
