[SOLVED] Control Panel/Add or Remove programs

When I click on Add or Remove programs nothing happens. :4-dontkno
All the other links on the page work fine.

Any ideas?

are you talking about clicking on the add/remove icon in the control panel or when you try to add/remove something.

Still not working afyer several reboots, etc.. I'm sure it's a registry problems or msconfig etc....

OK, I solved it.

Here's the solution:

Replace your appwiz.cpl (Control Panel extension) with a new copy by running System File Checker. You'll need your Windoxs XP installation CD.

Start > Run > type "cmd" no quotes

type SFC/ scannow

and off you go. :pray::smooch:
