[SOLVED] Computer starts, no signal

I recently moved my custom build PC (specs below) to a diffrent location. Now when I start it, the fans turn on, but i get no signal from the computer. The Power light on the front panel does not turn on either, and the HDD light stays solid and blinks off/on once every 2 or 3 seconds. The only changes I made to the setup when moving was different keyboard and power cable. As well as switching from HDMI input to a VGA-to-DVI adapter input (which i know works) I also tried switching the video input from the Graphics card to the onboard, but this changed nothing. The USB devices don't recieve a signal (keyboard's num/caps/scroll lock don't go on) but USB power works (my mouse charges works) Any help I can get would be appreciated, thanks
