Hello

If I double-click on an image it opens up in Windows' default image window (please see attached screenshot). But for some reason, there is a Chinese font there. If I then click (on where I have circled), I get even more options, again in Chinese (second screenshot).

I do have some Chinese fonts installed (Windows | Fonts folder), but not Chinese as a language installed on my keyboard.

I have noticed, too, that when Adobe asks me to update my version of Flash player, the message on screen is in Chinese.

How do I remove those Chinese characters, please, and restore the buttons/menu back to English?

Thanks!

Re: Chinese fonts

Hello _postman

Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Clock, Language, and Region -> Change display language -> Select the Administrative tab -> Change system locale -> Do you have English selected?

Re: Chinese fonts

hello Go the Power

Thanks for your reply.

I didn't have English in there, no. I had traditional Chinese. I have put it back to English now and things look a lot better!

Many thanks!
