Hey guys I was given a laptop to help with school studies by my sister. When I got home I cannot connect via wifi. Connecting via ethernet directly to router works fine. She says she was using the wifi yesterday and has never had problems... I tried on two different routers and neither works. Here is the ipconfig if you have any solution or suggestion It would be much appreciated.

Re: Can connect to router but not internet

Well . . it is not able to ping the router . . which means either the router or the adaptor is faulty . . Try updateing the drivers for the wireless card . . you can find them on the laptop manufacturers support site.

What anti virus and other realtime protection is running??
