I'd much appreciate any help you could provide. These crashes are really irritating, but not as irritating as dealing with Gateway tech support...

The only new program I've knowingly installed recently is the game Dragon Age II, but of course various programs have downloaded updates and whatnot also in that time.

OS: Windows 7 x64
Original OS: Windows Vista
Full Install of Windows 7
Computer is about two years old
Current install of Windows 7 is about a year old
CPU: Intel Core2 Quad @ 2.0 GHz
Video Card: GeForce 9800M GTS
Motherboard: ACPI x64 (can't figure out how to answer that in more detail without cracking open the computer)
Power supply: the battery is 11.1V 7.35Ah; I get the error both when running it off the battery and off the manufacturer-supplied ac/dc adapter.

Re: BSODs on my laptop, first noticed the problem a few days ago

No more errors since making those updates, getting rid of Daemon Tools and downloading the new service pack. Problem solved, I hope!

Thanks again!
