It says something like critical system error computer shutting down to protect data.

you need to post any error messages in full
to turn off the auto reboot
control panel /sysytem/advanced/startup and recovery settings
then untick the auto rebooot box
post any bsod error messages the computer frezes on in full

Hi I am back from holiday a little early all I can see is critical system error computer has being shut down to protect data that is all I can see is there anything else to do.

Remove the hardware that you recently installed. If the problem goes away, the new hardware is at fault and you can add it back one at a time to find out which one is the culprit.
Additionally with a memory installation, improper installation happens on a pretty frequent basis. You may correct your problem through the process of removing and reinstalling your hardware.

Thanks helping me all you guys you have been very supportive but now I have sussed it out it was bad memory that has been causing the problem and thanks for the support I do reviews so if you want to have a look at them please got on.
