My xp computer keeps crashing but only when connected to the Internet. I get a blue screen and a message that finishes-

This is caused by Symantec/Norton Anti-Virus. Use the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall it. Restart You can reinstall it if you like, but we prefer the free Microsoft Security Essentials

Norton went to **** especially since the norton 360 software, it's best to removed it and go with something else, also Microsoft security essentials is not bad, BUT it did not get the best review from hacker testers. Can't recall the name of the company but that's their business, it's to test and grade.

Yes thanks everybody, removed Norton installed another ant virus and now everything is fine.
