:pray:Hello,

I really am at my wits end trying to get this thing to leave, I've scanned my computer umpteen times with AVG then Avast and MalwearBytes and none of them find the problem!

The Problem:
I use Natwest as my bank and they have, like most do, online banking. Usually I would click the online banking link on their homwpage and be dircted to a page where I enter two randomly asked numbers of my pin and password but now it asks the whole password and pin. It's a fake of the Natwest site that I can't stop my browser automatically forwarding to.

I tried using the scanning tools to do the attackment but couldn't see what there was to save :4-dontkno

Any help you can give me is muchos appreciated

Hello Retro wow,

Thanks for letting us know. Should you have any more problems, please open a new thread and run the tools as specified in our sticky topic. The logs will be open for you. Simply click 'File' at the top of that notepad document, and click Save As.
