Software will not connect to Internet

Followed directions from another thread:

1. Ran Norton Removal tool (since computer went downhill after installing Norton 360 2.0)

2. Restarted computer

3. Clicked 'Restore' button under Windows Firewall Advanced Tab

4. Ran "ipconfig/all" - here are the results:
