when i am opening win xp an error with snaphlp.vxd file missing is coming and i need to press three times enter then my win xp is starting can anyone plz tell me what is this snaphlp.vxd file and how to solve my problem

Aloha, Welcome to TSF

I did some searching and it looks like it is related to Acronis TrueImage. If you do have this program try uninstalling then reinstall.
