smartbridge alert error

I have been getting an error: SmartBridgeAlert: MotiveSB.exe entry point not found PSAPI.DLL. The procedure entry point GetProcessingImageFile NameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPIDLL.
I have gone in and deleted the file PSAPI.DLL and rebooted and it still comes up.
