When was the last time that you cleared your internet history files? Or deleted temporary internet files? What is the size of your hard drive? Have you ran scandisk and defrag? Also suggest MSRegclean. Go to start menu, click accessories,system tools, system configuration utilities, Click startup see how many programs are starting when you boot, uncheck the dups or anything else you don't need starting at boot.
