It "hurts to type this so bear with me.

I haven't done anything real new lately.

I have done many scans for spyware viruses malware you name it and defrags and cleans.

When did the problem start ?
What changes were made to the pc just before the problems started ?

Authentium, AntiVir and AT&T Internet Security Suite Service

How many antivirus programs are installed, how many firewall programs ?

Please follow as many of the 5 steps as possible and then post the required logs in this thread.
